We are a very small shop that tries it’s best to provide the best level of service. We develop and produce all of our own equipment, web content, and we do all our own computer work such as CAD and 3DSMAX drawings. We have done numerous custom jobs and are continually working on new products. Some custom jobs may reach beyond our current shop capabilities. However as equipment is developed new processes become available. We currently have at our disposal a 3 axis CNC mill, a large 3 axis CNC router, a CNC lathe, a large thermo former, casting equipment, fiberglass equipment, and carbon fiber equipment. We accept any CAD files, art cam file, solidworks files, 3ds and lightwave files.

We also provide consignment work and have done so with others in the past. If you would like more information, please contact us and we will go over the details.

We try to answer all requests as quickly as possible. If you don’t see an item on the web site it is either in development or it has low demand. We produce the items with the highest demand first. We are currently working on a 50 ton pressure injection molder (for all molded parts like washout assemblies and main gears), a blade cutter and autoclave (main rotor blades and tail rotors), foundry equipment (main blade holders and transmission cases), and we our building our carbon fiber experience (rotor blades and frame replacements).
