Shipping & Returns

We at MP Helis do our best to ship your product in a timely manner. All regular listed product purchases usually ship within 3 days not including weekends and holidays, however they can take up to 2 weeks if your item is out of stock. Some items will indicate a time from order to ship date listed in the parts description due to their manufacture time. Custom orders can take considerably longer depending on the part and size of the order. If there is any kind of a delay in your shipment we will contact you by email within that time frame to keep you informed about your orders status. We only ship complete orders unless a previous agreement has been made otherwise there may be the possibility of additional shipping charges. We ship all products using either US Postal service or UPS. We also do ship internationally as well however the web site does not calculate international freight properly so please contact us for an accurate quote.

All returns are accepted only on a case by case basis. Do not send back any part without first contacting us. We do not accept any returns on old or “Used as is parts”. We try to accommodate as much as possible and are willing to send a replacement part for any that may be damaged in transit. Please keep the container for insurance claims in this event. If you have a special case or you are not happy with the product for whatever reason please contact us so we can try to correct the problem. We are a small shop with very limited resources so strive to work towards a solution that works for all parties involved. If you have a quality issue we will do our best to correct the problem and send you a replacement. If no resolution can be made ship the part back and your money will be refunded no questions asked.  After all we rely on your satisfaction to stay in business and try hard to keep you as a customer!
